Hotel Granvia

A complete high-grade city hotel facilitated in an ideal location directly connected to the Shinkansen Line's JR Hiroshima Station. Excellent access to sightseeing spots such as Miyajima, Peace Memorial Park and Business Town. A great deal of hospitality welcomes you.

Owned by JR West and Hankyu this hotel is convenient for short stays because it's connected to the Shinkansen (north) side of the station. Inconvenient, however, is that to get to Hiroshima's sights and streetcars, which are on the other side of the station, you have to walk through an underground passage (if you have a rail pass, you can pass through the station, which is much quicker). Rooms are comfortable but are small and have no view. A plus are the hotel's many dining options, including one serving Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.
